Evie

Of Norwegian heritage, Evie Tornquist definitely was the sweetheart of easy-listening CCM during the 70's. Her albums were the standard in soft pop and gentle ballads with plenty of strings and lush production. I'm not too familiar with her first couple of albums but always liked her Gentle Moments album which has the well known hit "Give Them All." I remember her Christmas album being very popular and "Come On Ring Those Bells" seems to always be an annual radio regular. DH
