Bob and Jayne Farrell are a husband and wife team who have been traveling and ministering through their music for several years. Before becoming Christians, both were involved in secular music--Bob played with several rock bands and Jayne spent some time singing on the nightclub circuit.
After accepting the Lord, each of them became involved in several individual ministries before coming together as husband and wife. For several years Jayne was a featured soloist in crusades, in addition to her counseling work with young women in the areas of marriage and dating. Bob got his start in Jesus Music as co-founder of the group Millennium in 1970.
As a music team, both Bob and Jayne share the vocalizing and songwriting responsibilities but Bob does most of the composing. One of his most popular songs, "Lifesaver," which is on the debut album, became a big hit for Hope of Glory , while another of his tunes, "Restored," was recorded by the Pat Terry Group .
